Licensing, insurance and NWFA training come standard with our installers. They tape off cabinets, wrap the stair rail and keep dust away from family photos as they go.
The tape comes back out when the crew arrives. We confirm the carton count, reducers and quarter round against the drawing so the job never stalls for missing pieces.
For a full year our installers' workmanship stays guaranteed, while the mill's own warranty on the wood remains in force.

Courses laid parallel to the longest wall stretch a Nahatan Street living room and leave little scrap.

Usually. We compare species, width and grain, then stain or finish the new area until it sits naturally beside the hall and stairs already there.
Show us the written quote. If it covers the same work and materials, we'll beat it and keep the same NWFA certified crew on your job.
We collect for labor the day our team shows up, and wood is paid for when it's dropped off. Sanding projects get billed half when the machines start and half when the finish is dry.
