Quick answers before we knock on your door.
Is the shop at home visit really free?

Yes. We bring the samples, measure your rooms and write up the price at no cost. If you decide not to go ahead, you don't owe us a thing.

How soon can someone come out?

Usually the next day. Book online, call 800-909-0730 or text us, and we'll set a time that works for you.

How long does the visit take?

Somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour. It depends on how many rooms we're looking at and how many questions you have.

Do you come in the evening or on Saturday?

Yes, we do evenings and Saturdays, but not Sundays. If you'd like a time after 6 PM, our office will reach out to confirm it first.

Do I have to decide while you are there?

No. Keep the written price and think it over. It doesn't expire, so call us back whenever you're ready.

Do you ask for a deposit?

No. Nothing is due when you book or sign. Payment starts when our crew arrives to begin the work.
