Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Brazil Floors for your use of brazilfloors.com, our online forms and our text messaging program. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or sign up for texts. The written estimate or contract you sign for a flooring job is a separate agreement, and it controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Using the Website

You may browse the site, compare floors, read our guides and request an estimate for your own home or business. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or use the site to harm anyone.
• Send false information, spam or someone else's contact details without permission.
• Try to hack, overload or disrupt the site, or get into areas you're not allowed to reach.
• Copy large parts of the site with bots or automated tools.
• Upload anything harmful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may limit or end access for anyone who misuses the site.

Our Content

The text, photos, videos, logos and design on this site belong to Brazil Floors or to the manufacturers and partners who let us use them. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, edit or republish our content without written permission. Brand names and product names belong to their owners.

Content You Send Us

When you send photos, reviews or comments, you confirm they're yours to share. You give us permission to use them to plan your project and, for reviews and project photos you've approved, to show them on our website and social media. We'll never post photos that show your face or your address without asking first.

Product Information and Prices

We do our best to keep product specs, colors and prices correct, but manufacturers change products and errors can slip through. Prices on the site are starting prices per square foot for material or labor, as labeled. Your actual price depends on the floor you pick, your rooms and the prep they need, and it's set in your written estimate. Screens don't show color perfectly, so we recommend viewing real samples before you decide. Products and prices may change without notice until your order is confirmed.

Estimates, Scheduling and Financing

In home estimates are free and come with no obligation. Nothing is ordered or scheduled until you approve a written estimate. Install dates depend on material delivery and crew availability, and we'll reach out quickly if a date needs to change. Financing is offered by outside lenders, subject to their approval and their own terms.

Guides and Advice

Our blog posts, care tips and how to articles are general information. Every home is different, so they aren't a replacement for an in person look at your floors. If you do work yourself based on our guides, you do it at your own risk.

Brazil Floors Text Message Terms

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first, you join the Brazil Floors text program and accept these terms.

• Messages you'll receive: replies to your questions, estimate details, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on your flooring project.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your project and how often you text with us.
• Charges: message and data rates may apply. Brazil Floors doesn't charge for texts, but your carrier might, depending on your plan.
• How to stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you sign back up.
• Getting help: reply HELP to any message, phone us at 800-909-0730 or send a note to sales@brazilfloors.com.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and the owner of the mobile number, or have the owner's permission to enroll it.
• Not required: agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying any product or service from us.
• Carriers: texts may not reach every device or area. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Records: you agree that we can keep an electronic record of your consent.
• Privacy: your number is handled as our Privacy Policy describes, and it's never shared for anyone else's marketing.

Links to Other Websites

We link to manufacturers, lenders, review platforms and social media for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses. The warranties for your flooring products and our workmanship come from the manufacturer and from your signed agreement with us, not from this website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law permits, Brazil Floors won't be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using or being unable to use the website. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under your project contract or under consumer protection laws.

Your Responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone brings a claim against Brazil Floors because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before going to court, we ask that you call or email us so we can try to work things out directly. Most problems can be fixed with one honest conversation.

Other Terms

If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after an update means you accept it.
