Vinyl Plank That Looks Like Wood and Shrugs Off Water
We don't just drop off boxes. Our crew measures your rooms, preps the subfloor and clicks every plank into place. Pick a collection below, tap a color to see it up close, then set up a free visit and we'll carry samples to your home.
Coastline LVP 7" Wide
Builder's Choice is a 4.7mm SPC plank with a 1.0mm IXPE pad already attached, so it goes down quiet and fast in kitchens, hallways and whole first floors across New Jersey.
Coastline LVP 9" Wide
Longboards planks run almost six feet long and 9 inches wide, so open rooms read wider and you see far fewer end joints. At 8mm, it's the thickest plank on this page.

COREtec Pro 7"
COREtec Pro Plus pairs a stiff SPC core with natural cork on the back. The cork softens footsteps and takes the chill off concrete, which is why we like it for basements.
Made for Kids, Pets and Busy Kitchens
A 20 mil wear layer sits on top of every plank we list here. It handles dog nails, dropped pans and sneakers with grit on them far better than softer floors do, and a damp mop is all it needs.
Colors From Cool Gray to Warm Honey
Gray Ash and Whitewater Oak keep a room light and modern. Sandbar Oak and Turning Tide sit in the warm middle, and Redefined Pine brings a darker, rustic grain. If you can't decide, we'll lay a few planks side by side on your own floor.
Installed in a Day or Two
Click planks lock together edge to edge, so most rooms are done in a day and you can walk on them right away. There's no sanding and no finish to dry, which means far less disruption in a busy New York apartment.
Built for Basements and Bathrooms
Basements in New England stay cool and damp most of the year. A waterproof core doesn't care, and the cork backed COREtec planks add a little warmth underfoot on a slab.
From One Room to a Whole House
Small or large, every job starts with a free visit and a written per square foot quote, so you know the material and labor rates before any planks arrive.
Straight Answers Before You Buy
Ask us about wear layers, plank thickness or what your subfloor needs. If vinyl isn't the right fit for a room, we'll tell you and show you a hardwood option instead.
Luxury Vinyl Plank Questions
Is luxury vinyl plank really waterproof?
The core is. Spills, pet accidents and mopping won't hurt the planks. Water left standing for days can still get under the edges, so leaks should be cleaned up quickly.
Can LVP go in a basement?
Yes. All three collections are rated for below grade rooms. We check the slab for moisture and flatness first, since a rigid plank needs a level base.
What does luxury vinyl plank cost?
Material runs $4.09/Sq Ft for COREtec Pro 7", $4.39/Sq Ft for Coastline 7" and $5.99/Sq Ft for Coastline 9". Labor depends on your subfloor and layout, so we quote it after measuring.
Can I see the colors before I choose?
Yes. We bring samples to homes in Connecticut and nearby states, so you see each color under your own lighting next to your cabinets and walls.
Do I need to remove my old floor?
Often not. Click vinyl can float over flat tile or sheet vinyl. Carpet always comes out, and we'll tell you at the visit if the old floor can stay.
Vinyl can be paid off monthly, with nothing due before the crew shows up.
Massachusetts and Rhode Island visits bring samples of all three collections to your kitchen table.
Our own installers check the subfloor before a single plank clicks in.
Low spots get leveled first, because rigid planks only stay tight on a flat floor.
