Walkthrough Before We Start
The first visit is a walk through the house. Our lead installer probes the subfloor for soft areas, measures door clearances and decides which way the rows should travel.

Nobody on your job is hired for the day. They are salaried Brazil Floors people, licensed, insured and NWFA certified, trained by us.
When the crew arrives they count cartons again, lay out thresholds and make a test row before a single nail goes in.
A full year covers our installation work. The boards carry the manufacturer's separate warranty on top.

Boards parallel to the long wall cut waste and make a ranch living room look deeper.

Short pieces set in a zigzag add a woven, traditional look to a dining room.

Mitered ends form a clean arrow pattern that leads you along a long entry.

Planks run at a slant to the walls lift a small kitchen and make the space seem wider.

Oak blocks rotated grain against grain give a sunroom the look of an old parquet.

Short pieces woven over and under, framed by a dark border, an elegant choice for older houses.

Nail down labor is $2.25/Sq Ft, and nails and underlayment are part of that rate. Buy the oak through us and the all in price is $5.50/Sq Ft for unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft for prefinished.
Not always. We peel back a corner at the estimate, and if the oak underneath is sound it may only need refinishing at $2.50/Sq Ft.
Engineered planks get floated on a pad with glued joints, so nothing is driven into the concrete. Labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
We install both: vinyl plank at $2.00/Sq Ft for labor, laminate at $1.99/Sq Ft.
The truck leaves the Natick warehouse the day after you order. Solid planks sit in the house a while before nailing.
Each new tread is $60, riser, nosing, stain and labor all in. Refinishing a sound step is $50.
Pay labor as the crew begins, and material as it arrives. Any sanding work splits 50% up front and 50% at the last coat.
Our labor is warrantied for one year, and the mill warrants the flooring. Everyone on the crew is licensed, insured and holds NWFA certification.
