The people kneeling on your floor draw a paycheck from Brazil Floors. They are NWFA certified, licensed and insured, so you never deal with a stranger hired for the day.
Cartons are counted and spread out in the rooms they belong to, and thresholds are laid out ahead of time. Only after that does the first nail go in.
Our workmanship carries a twelve month warranty, and the wood comes with the mill's own. A gap that opens in the first season brings the crew straight back.

Rows follow the long wall, the layout with the least waste, which gives a Canton ranch more depth.

Short boards set at right angles in alternating rows, a traditional look for a Signal Hill dining room.

Oak blocks alternate their grain, a parquet pattern that fits a sunroom with a view of the yard.

Short pieces woven in a basket pattern, typically with a darker border, a nod to the older houses near Neponset.

A new oak tread is $60 with riser, nosing and stain. Sound existing steps can be sanded and refinished for $50 each.
Labor is due when the crew shows up, and material when the boxes arrive. If sanding is involved, half is due at the start and half at the last coat.
We warranty the labor for one year, and the manufacturer covers the wood. Every installer is our employee, licensed and insured.
