We never send subcontractors. Whoever kneels on your subfloor is a Brazil Floors employee holding NWFA certification, plus our state license and full insurance.
Install morning means a fresh tape on each room plus a tally of bundles, thresholds and trim, so nobody battles Commonwealth Avenue traffic for a forgotten reducer.
If anything about our install goes wrong before a year passes, we repair it free; the mill backs the planks.

Planks follow the longest wall, a familiar layout that keeps offcuts and cost down.

Square ended pieces zigzag into a woven look that warms a city living room.

Angled ends join in crisp points that lead you down a narrow front hallway.

Rows set on a forty five make a small bedroom feel larger and hide walls that lean out of square.

Small square blocks, each turned against the next, create a tidy grid under a dining table.

Short paired pieces alternate direction square by square for a crafted look in a study or den.

Wood leaves Coventry overnight, and installation begins the moment it's on site. Saturdays and Sundays are bookable too, which helps people who can't take a weekday off.
No. Plenty of customers bring their own and pay only for installation. If you're comparing prices, bring us a written quote for identical wood and we'll come in lower.
Yes. A brand new oak tread costs $60 a step with stain and labor, and solid old treads get refinished for $50 each so they blend with the new floor.
Labor is collected when the crew starts and wood once it's delivered. Sanding and refinishing is split, with half paid as sanding starts and half after the final walkthrough.
Yes. If our installation acts up before the next spring marathon comes around, we return free, and wood defects go to the manufacturer. Our installers carry NWFA credentials, state licenses and insurance.
