Is vinyl plank a smart pick for a condo?
Yes. It's quiet underfoot with the right underlayment, handles spills and is easy to keep clean. We follow your building's sound rules and choose an approved underlayment.
Can LVP go in a damp basement?
Usually. A handheld meter reads the concrete first, a vapor sheet goes down when the numbers call for it, and the planks feel far warmer than the bare slab.
Can vinyl plank go over existing tile?
Often. The tile must be flat and firmly bonded; loose tiles are removed and wide grout lines get patched so they never show through.
How fast can my vinyl floor be done?
Two bedrooms are commonly wrapped up in one day; larger layouts need two or three. Vinyl gets delivered the next morning, so prep usually decides the timeline.
Will you move our furniture?
Yes. Shifting beds, couches and dressers costs a flat $250. Pulling up old flooring ahead of the new vinyl runs roughly $1.00/Sq Ft.
How is a vinyl floor paid for?
Pay for labor as installers walk in on day one, and for planks when our driver unloads them. We don't hold a big deposit for weeks before your job.
Is LVP installation warrantied?
Yes. If our installation misbehaves before a year is up, the repair costs nothing, and defects in the vinyl itself fall to its maker. All of our installers are NWFA certified employees with licenses and insurance.
