Walkthrough Before We Start
A week or so out, your lead installer comes by, pokes at the subfloor, checks how the kitchen meets the hall and figures out where row one belongs.

Everyone on site is NWFA certified, licensed, insured and employed by us directly, so nobody you have never met turns up with a nail gun on install day.
On day one the tape comes out a second time. Cartons get opened, lengths get sorted into piles, and every threshold and reducer is laid out in the right doorway.
We guarantee our workmanship for a year, and the mill that made your oak stands behind the planks on top of that.

Straight rows parallel to the long wall, the most forgiving way to run oak and the easiest on the budget.

Little rectangles stacked heel to toe in a zigzag that gives a room real character.

Mitered ends lock into arrowheads aimed straight toward the far end of a hall.

Turned forty five degrees, the planks make a cramped bedroom read bigger and disguise walls that drift.

Blocks of short oak set in alternating directions, the old school parquet grid people love under a table.

Two strips side by side, then two more turned sideways, repeated across the room like a woven mat.

Labor to nail solid wood runs $2.25/Sq Ft, and that price already covers cleats and underlayment. Buying the oak through us? Unfinished comes to $5.50/Sq Ft installed, prefinished to $6.00/Sq Ft.
Save your back. Tear out of the old floor runs about $1.00/Sq Ft, our guys haul it off, and they start fastening oak to a clean subfloor right after.
We do, for a flat $250 on the whole job. Furniture goes out of the rooms, the floor goes in, and everything lands back roughly where it lived before.
Our Coventry warehouse usually gets it to your driveway the next day. Solid wood then rests indoors for a short spell to adjust to the house before nailing starts.
Solid oak below grade is asking for trouble. Down there we float engineered planks on foam at $2.00/Sq Ft, after a moisture reading on the concrete.
Most of the time. We hold samples against your existing strips for width and species, and if both areas get sanded and finished together, the seam basically disappears.
Install labor gets settled the morning our van pulls in, and the oak gets paid for when it hits your garage floor. For sanding projects we split it, fifty percent day one, the rest when we wrap up.
Give us a ring. We cover our labor for twelve months, so someone comes back to fix it, and the mill warranty handles any defect in the wood.
