It is about the best thing you can put there. After testing the slab we lay a plastic sheet, add the pad and click the planks together, all for $2.00/Sq Ft in labor.
What does a full LVP job cost with the planks?
Supplied and installed, vinyl from our warehouse runs $5.00/Sq Ft. Already own the planks? Then it is labor only, $2.00/Sq Ft, pad still included.
Does the old carpet leave with your crew?
It does. Carpet, padding, tack strip and every last staple go in our trailer, and old floor removal is about $1.00/Sq Ft, so the subfloor is bare and clean for the new planks.
How many days will my kitchen be torn up?
A typical kitchen or bedroom is one working day. Since vinyl ships overnight from Coventry and needs no long rest, the whole project usually fits inside a week.
Our two labs are rough on floors. Will LVP survive?
