Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Puddles from snowy boots, a tipped water bowl or a leaky dishwasher hose won't hurt luxury vinyl plank, which is why mudrooms, laundry rooms and baths love it.

Vinyl doesn't need days to acclimate the way oak does. Cartons leave our warehouse tomorrow, and installation can kick off soon after they're unloaded.
Our van pulls up loaded with LVP, laminate and hardwood, and you get to set each sample beside your cabinets, rugs and paint before deciding.
Our installs carry a twelve month promise on workmanship, plus the plank maker's warranty. Labor is due as our van pulls in, the vinyl once it's unloaded.

Labor alone runs $2.00/Sq Ft, with the pad tucked into that figure. If the vinyl comes from us, planks and installation together total $5.00/Sq Ft, and removing an old floor first is usually $1.00/Sq Ft.
The planks themselves won't swell from water, so a spill or a wet dog is no problem. Standing water that sneaks under the edges is another story, so we seal around tubs and at the door from the garage.
Often, yes, as long as it's flat and stuck down well. We check for bubbles, loose seams and soft spots at the estimate, and if it needs to come up we tell you the removal price on the spot.
A good underlayment helps a lot, and vinyl feels warmer than bare concrete or tile. Plenty of families pair it with an area rug in the spot where the kids sit and play.
A bedroom or kitchen is often a single day. A whole basement might stretch to two or three, since an uneven slab gets patched and leveled before planks go in.
You can, or our crew handles it for a flat $250 for the furniture moving. Just clear small breakables, closets and anything on the walls you care about.
Installation is paid on the day our installers arrive, and the vinyl is paid when it's delivered. You won't hand over money months ahead and wait.
Every vinyl floor we install comes with our own labor coverage for one year. The manufacturer covers the planks under its own terms, and we help you file if anything comes up.
