Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders hook to vacuums that catch the dust right at the drum. Afterward we wipe down sills and trim and vacuum again before any finish touches the wood.

Most homes need a few days from first pass to final layer. Light foot traffic can usually resume a day later, and furniture comes back after another day or two.
Deep gouges, loose strips and pet spots get handled first, so the patched area sands out alongside everything else and disappears under the new finish.
A year of labor coverage backs every refinish. Fifty percent is collected when sanding begins, with the balance settled once the last layer has dried and you're happy.

Natural means no stain at all, just clear finish, so the oak keeps its own honey or pale tone.

A warm medium brown keeps pet fur and crumbs from jumping out, ideal for a busy kitchen or family room.

Soft neutral brown tames the orange look that older red oak takes on and works with nearly any trim color.

Rich brown with a slight red undertone feels right at home beside white trim and a brick fireplace.

Dark walnut gives a dining room a dressed up look while the grain still shows through clearly.

Espresso, nearly black, makes a striking statement in a wide great room, though lint shows faster, which we always mention ahead of time.

We charge $2.50/Sq Ft for the whole job, sanding, optional stain and the finish layers. Stairs are priced separately at $50 per step, and we'll shift the furniture out and return it for $250 flat.
For an average first floor, plan on a few days. Walking around carefully is fine within twenty four hours of the final layer, and rugs should stay rolled up for a couple of weeks while the finish cures.
It's close. The sanders pull dust into a vacuum as they cut, and we clean up again before each layer of finish. You'll see far less than with the old style machines.
Solid oak usually can be sanded many times over its life. We check the thickness left above the tongue before starting, and if it's too thin we'll tell you honestly.
Not usually. With water based finish the smell is mild, and many families just stay off that part of the house. If the kitchen floor is being done, plan meals elsewhere for a day or two.
Surface scratches sand right out. Dark urine stains often go too deep, so those strips get replaced before sanding, and we price the repair after we see it.
You pay fifty percent on the first morning, when sanding begins, and the remaining half when the job is finished and you've walked the room with us.
Our own NWFA certified crew, licensed and insured. Each refinish is backed by twelve months of labor coverage, so if a spot looks off later we return and sort it out.
