Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our big sanders and edgers feed straight into dust collection, so the kitchen and bedrooms stay clean. Before any finish goes on, every inch is vacuumed and wiped by hand.

A typical Weymouth first floor takes three to four days. On day one we hand you a written schedule showing when to keep off the oak and when the sofa and beds go back.
Loose strips, pet stains and cracked pieces get fixed first, so the sander levels every repair along with the oak around it and nothing stands out later.
We guarantee our sanding and finishing labor for one full year. You pay in two equal parts: the first when the big sander starts up, the second once the final room is done.

A clear finish keeps oak bright and natural in a sunny cape near Webb Memorial State Park.

A medium brown tone hides tracked in sand and crumbs in busy South Weymouth family rooms.

Soft greige calms the orange tint of older red oak in the colonials around Columbian Square.

A warm reddish brown fits the historic homes near the Abigail Adams birthplace on North Street.

Dark walnut with the grain still showing gives a dining room off Sea Street a formal look.

Deep espresso looks crisp and modern in a Weymouth Landing condo, though it does show dust more easily.

Expect $2.50/Sq Ft for a complete sanding and durable new finish, plus $2.00/Sq Ft if you want stain. Our estimator measures the rooms for free and emails a written quote covering the whole job.
Yes. Old paint splatters along the walls and around doorways come off during sanding. Very thick spots are scraped first so the sander doesn't gum up.
Yes, and many Jackson Square landlords do it. We work fast between leases, and a water based finish lets the next tenant move in sooner.
Sanding alone won't. Narrow gaps can be filled before finishing, and very wide ones may need a strip replaced. Gaps that open only in winter usually close by summer.
Faint marks often sand away. Dark, deep spots usually mean the urine reached far into the oak, and we swap those strips for new ones that match before the room is refinished.
We can. Clearing the rooms before we start and setting everything back when we're done is a flat $250. Let us know ahead of time about a piano or anything very heavy.
Water based dries clear and fast with little smell. Oil based gives oak a warmer amber glow but takes longer to dry. We'll show you both on your floor.
You call us. Through the first year, if the finish peels or bubbles because of how we applied it, our crew returns and fixes the area free of charge.
