Dark colors show every sanding mark, so we screen the floor, scrape the corners by hand and vacuum twice before the first can is opened.
Two techs move as a pair: the first spreads stain over a few rows, the second wipes behind him, so the shade matches from the mudroom to the far bedroom.
The same Brazil Floors techs who sand your oak apply the color, all NWFA trained, licensed and insured. Any flaw in their labor during the first year is corrected free.
