Planks ship from the Natick warehouse the day after you order. Vinyl needs no long acclimation, which keeps the project moving.
Our estimator arrives with sample planks in the truck, so you can lay vinyl, laminate and wood on your own floor and judge the color in your own light.
The install carries a year of labor warranty from us, and the planks have their own manufacturer coverage. Pay for material at delivery and for labor once work begins.

Labor comes to $2.00/Sq Ft and the underlayment is already in it. If the planks come from Brazil Floors as well, the whole job is $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks do not absorb water, so after a spill they can be dried and reset. A flooding basement still needs its source fixed first.

Often yes, if the tile is flat and firmly bonded. Where grout lines are deep we fill them, and loose pieces are taken out.
A broom for grit and a barely damp mop with soft cleaner do the job. Steam mops and wax can dull the finish, so we advise skipping both.
One day after the order, from the warehouse in Natick. Since vinyl does not need to sit for days, the install can follow promptly.
We charge a flat $250 for it. Otherwise, clear the room beforehand and the crew can start on arrival.
One year of labor coverage from us, plus the plank maker's warranty. Our crew holds the license, the insurance and the NWFA certification, so no stranger shows up at your door.
