Walkthrough Before We Start
The visit starts with a walk through every room. Our lead tests the subfloor underfoot, notes where doors swing and decides how the rows should run.

These are salaried Brazil Floors installers with licenses, insurance and NWFA certification. Nobody is hired by the day from outside the company.
On install day the tape comes out once more. Boxes are counted, reducers go beside each doorway and a chalk line fixes the first row before a single nail is shot.
A year of coverage on our labor sits beside the mill warranty on the wood. A cupped board or a gap that opens early gets a return visit.

Boards follow the long wall, the least wasteful layout and a quiet look for a sitting room.

Short lengths turned at right angles build a zigzag that gives an Oakdale dining room an old world feel.

Every end is mitered so the rows form V shapes that draw the eye along a hallway.

Boards set at forty five degrees widen a small bedroom and disguise walls that lean.

Parquet squares with alternating grain make a crisp checkerboard under a table.

Strips woven in a basket pattern with a dark border suit a den in a century-old home.

Labor for nail-down is $2.25/Sq Ft with nails and underlayment included. Supplying the oak ourselves brings it to $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.
Yes. We strip the carpet, pad and tacks, secure any loose subfloor and then fasten new hardwood on sound plywood. Tear-out is about $1.00/Sq Ft.
Engineered planks, floated on foam with glue in the seams. That method keeps nails out of the slab and costs $2.00/Sq Ft for labor.
We do, for a flat $250 covering the move out and back. Small breakables should be boxed before the crew arrives.
The day after you order, straight from the Natick warehouse. Your project manager then settles the start date with you.
Yes. New oak treads are $60 each with riser, nosing and stain, and sound steps can be sanded and refinished for $50 each.
You owe labor on the morning the crew shows up, and material once the cartons are carried in. If sanding is part of the job, half is paid at the start and half with the final coat.
Our labor is covered for one year, and the mill backs the boards. Call the office and we come back to look.
