Walkthrough Before We Start
Our lead installer comes by first to study the subfloor, check each doorway and see how one room meets the hall, so nothing catches us off guard.

Each installer on the crew holds NWFA certification, is licensed, insured and on our own payroll, so the faces you meet day one are the ones you see at the end.
On the first morning we measure one more time, open the cartons, sort the lengths and lay out the trim and transitions before the nailer comes out.
If an installed plank lifts or squeaks within a year, we come fix it, and the wood keeps whatever warranty its maker offers.

Straight rows follow the longest wall of the room, a classic layout that also keeps waste low.

Square cut planks meet in a zigzag, a warm touch for a cozy den or family room.

Ends cut on an angle form arrows that point your gaze all the way to the far end of the hall.

Set on a diagonal, planks stretch a narrow bedroom visually and disguise a corner that is a little off.

Little squares, each one rotated from its neighbors, lay a tidy wooden grid beneath the table.

Pairs of short strips flip direction block by block, giving a study or office a handmade feel.

For nail down work it comes to $2.25/Sq Ft, nails plus underlayment included. Buying the oak from us? Unfinished, put in, comes to $5.50/Sq Ft, prefinished to $6.00/Sq Ft. Pulling up an old floor runs about $1.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. Solid wood should rest inside for a few days so it settles to your indoor air. We check the moisture in the planks and the subfloor before anything gets nailed.
Usually. We match species and width, weave the new strips into the old rows, then sand and refinish the whole area together at $2.50/Sq Ft, so old and new end up the same shade.
Solid wood, no. Engineered planks floating over foam do fine below grade, though. That install is $2.00/Sq Ft, underlayment included, and we bring the joint glue ourselves.
Coventry ships your order out a day after you place it, and our guys start once the wood is inside and has settled. Weekends are fair game on our calendar too.
You can, or our crew can take care of it. Moving furniture is a flat $250, and every piece goes back where it was once the new floor is in.
You settle the labor once our installers arrive that first morning, and the wood at delivery. If sanding is part of the plan, half of that is due at the start and the balance once we wrap up.
Yes. Our own NWFA certified installers handle every room, and we back what they do for one full year. On top of that, the planks carry their own manufacturer coverage.
