Walkthrough Before We Start
Our lead installer visits ahead of time, walking room by room with you. Subfloor flatness, door clearances and transitions into tile all get noted on that first trip.

Nobody subcontracted ever touches your floor. Whoever shows up holds NWFA certification, draws a paycheck from us, and is licensed plus insured.
Morning of the install, the tape comes out once more. Cartons, reducers, quarter round and nosing get tallied against the drawing so nobody runs to a store at noon.
Workmanship carries a one year promise from us. The wood mill provides its own warranty on the planks as well.

Rows chase the long wall of the room in tidy lines, a forever look that also keeps wood waste down.

Short pieces interlock at right angles, adding handsome texture under a dining set.

Ends cut at matching angles meet in a row of points that draws you down a corridor.

Running planks on a forty five degree slant opens up a small room and hides an out of square wall nicely.

Squares of short strips alternate grain direction, an old school pattern that dresses up a study.

Little pairs of strips swap orientation each square, like woven wicker, lovely in a sunroom or office.

Nailing down wood you bought runs $2.25/Sq Ft, pad and fasteners included. With wood from us, unfinished is installed for $5.50/Sq Ft, while prefinished is $6.00/Sq Ft installed.
Humid summers swell oak a touch, and furnace heat in January dries it back. Moisture readings on plywood and wood happen before a single nail, and for damp rooms we suggest engineered wood.
Usually. We match plank width and species, weave fresh pieces in where the old rows end, then a single sanding pass at $2.50/Sq Ft blends old and new into one floor.
Engineered wood, floated. It costs $2.00/Sq Ft with the underlayment, we provide the joint glue, and no fastener ever goes into your concrete.
Our Coventry warehouse ships the next day, and work begins when the wood arrives. We also book Saturdays and Sundays for families who work all week.
Furniture moving is a flat $250, and old floor removal runs about $1.00/Sq Ft. Each shows up as its own line on the written quote.
Pay for wood when the truck drops it, and pay installation once our crew pulls in. Any sanding job splits fifty fifty, half day one and half at wrap up.
We do. Our side of things, labor, stays covered a full year, while the mill covers its wood separately. Each installer is NWFA certified, carries a license plus insurance, and returns if something shifts.
