Clear rooms yourself, or let us handle it for a flat $250. Old carpet or vinyl in the way? Expect about $1.00/Sq Ft to haul it out.
Which payments happen when?
Labor is due once installers walk in on day one. Material gets paid upon delivery. Sanding projects split payment in half, first day and final day.
What protection do we have after the crew leaves?
Twelve months on workmanship from us, with the plank maker's warranty layered on top. Each installer we send is NWFA certified, licensed and carries insurance, and will come back if anything shifts.
