Can vinyl plank really handle water?
Each plank is fully waterproof, so spills, snowmelt and pet accidents will not swell it. We still suggest mopping up puddles so moisture never collects along walls.
Our kitchen has old linoleum. Can it stay?
If it is flat, glued tight and free of cracks, vinyl can go right over it. Loose areas get fixed or pulled, and removal, if needed, costs about $1.00/Sq Ft.
Would vinyl suit our chilly basement?
Very well. Over its pad it feels much warmer underfoot than bare concrete does. Before any plank goes in, we spread a vapor barrier across the slab, which keeps ground moisture from reaching the vinyl.
After the install, when can we use the room again?
Right after installers finish sweeping. Click vinyl needs no curing time at all, so you can roll the couch back in that same evening and let the kids race toy cars across it.
Can your crew deal with our heavy furniture?
