Walkthrough Before We Start
Visit one: our lead walks each room, bounces on suspicious subfloor spots, measures door bottoms and decides which direction the strips should march.

Your floor is handled by NWFA certified installers who draw a paycheck from us, carry insurance and hold licenses, never a crew borrowed from someone else.
Visit two, install day, opens with fresh measurements. Thresholds, reducers and every carton are tallied against that plan before the first cleat flies.
Workmanship stays protected a full year once the final strip is nailed, and the mill's own wood warranty remains in place.

Strips laid parallel with the main wall, an easygoing classic that wastes almost nothing.

Short pieces locked into a staggered zigzag, giving any dining area some old world texture.

Angle cut ends meeting in a crisp V, pulling the eye straight along a narrow hall.

Rows set at forty five degrees, which stretches a small room visually and masks walls that aren't square.

Compact oak squares turned against their neighbors, building a tidy pattern full of grain.

Short strip pairs that switch direction square by square, a handcrafted weave for a study.

Cleated labor is $2.25/Sq Ft, glue assisted is $2.50/Sq Ft and floating engineered is $2.00/Sq Ft. Want our wood too? Packages land at $5.50/Sq Ft for unfinished oak, while prefinished oak packages are $6.00/Sq Ft.
It can be if you rush. Solid oak should sit inside a few days before install, and we meter the subfloor and planks so the floor doesn't gap in winter or cup in August.
Sure. We'll install your planks at our labor rates. Buying ours gets you contractor pricing, a Coventry delivery within a day, and we'll beat a cheaper written estimate from anyone.
We do. Old flooring comes out at roughly $1.00/Sq Ft, hauled off by us, and shifting furniture out and back in is $250 flat no matter how many rooms.
Engineered hardwood floated over underlayment at $2.00/Sq Ft. Solid strips need plywood to nail into, so a slab is engineered wood territory.
A couple of bedrooms can often wrap in a single day. A full first floor can need two or three, not counting the acclimation days for solid wood.
Installation labor is paid when our installers pull in, and wood bought from us is paid the day it's unloaded. Jobs that include sanding split that portion, fifty percent up front and fifty at the finish.
Twelve months of workmanship coverage is ours to honor, and the mill covers the wood. Dial 508-306-4190, and those same installers return to sort it out.
