Dustless Floor Refinishing
Every sander we bring hooks into a strong vacuum. Afterward we wipe the radiators, sills and trim and vacuum once more, so no grit gets locked into your new finish.

Most rooms need a few days. Before leaving each evening, our crew lead tells you if bare feet are okay yet and which morning the couch is allowed back.
Before the sanders start, we fix pet stains, gouges from moving day and loose strips, then sand the whole room so every patch blends in with its neighbors.
We guarantee every refinishing job for a year. Payment is split: one half when the sanders roll in, the other after the finish dries and you like what you see.

Just a clear finish over bare white oak or maple, for the light, honey glow it had on day one.

Warm medium brown, forgiving of the grit that blows in off Broadway every winter.

A quiet, neutral brown that matches painted trim and keeps aging red oak from looking orange.

Reddish brown that looks handsome next to original doors, banisters and window casings.

Dark and rich but not black, giving a dining room a grounded feel while the grain remains easy to see.

Close to black and striking, though every bit of lint and cat hair shows on it sooner, and we warn you about that up front.

Sanding with new finish is $2.50/Sq Ft. Changing the color with stain costs $2.00/Sq Ft on top. Our estimator measures every room on a free visit and writes down the total for you.
Yes. Plastic goes over the doorways, the sanders run hooked to vacuums, and we keep to the hours your building or condo association allows for loud work.
Very little gets out. The vacuums attached to our sanders pull in most of it, and we do a careful vacuum of the whole room, including the radiators, before any finish.
Light gray marks often sand right out. Black spots from urine have soaked deep into the oak, so those strips get replaced with matching oak before refinishing.
Yes, for $250 per job. It helps if you pack up lamps, books and anything breakable beforehand, which lets our crew move the big pieces quickly and safely.
We use water based products that smell far milder than oil and dry quicker. Keep cats, dogs and little ones in another room until we give you the all clear.
No. Half is paid the day the sanders start, and the second half comes after the last layer cures and you have looked over every corner with our crew lead.
Yes. For a full year after we finish, any problem caused by our workmanship gets fixed at no charge by the same people who sanded your floor.
