Water Resistant Laminate
Muddy orchard boots in October, a wet spaniel from the Oxbow trails, a toppled mug of hot cider: our water resistant laminate copes, so long as somebody mops up before bedtime.

Each floating laminate floor we lay sits over foam that takes the clatter out of dog nails and school shoes. Down cellar, plastic gets spread over the slab under that foam.
Our estimator carries in a stack of sample planks. Lean a gray one against the slider and a honey toned one by the pantry, and compare them while the sun sinks behind Prospect Hill.
If our laminate work gives you grief before a year is out, a crew drives over to make it good, and the planks keep their own brand warranty. Labor is paid when our van parks.

Labor runs $1.99/Sq Ft, foam included. If old carpet or sheet vinyl comes up first, removal is roughly another $1.00/Sq Ft, firmed up once our project manager has seen the room.
Yes, it handles casters well. For a home office we still suggest a chair mat in the spot where the chair spins all day, which keeps the surface looking new for longer.
When the slab tests dry, yes. Plastic covers the concrete, the foam lies on it, and then each laminate row locks on top, staying flat through summer humidity.
Sometimes. Dips get filled with patch and high spots are sanded down, and that prep keeps laminate joints tight and the floor from bouncing when you cross the room.
Yes. Carpet, foam, tack strips and every staple leave with our crew, usually for about $1.00/Sq Ft, and the subfloor gets swept before laminate goes in.
Very fast. Our Coventry warehouse ships cartons the next morning after your order, so you are not waiting weeks on a special order before the crew can begin.
They are paid separately. Labor gets settled on day one, before the first row clicks in, and the laminate and foam once the Coventry truck has unloaded at your house.
We do, for twelve months on our labor. If an installation problem crops up, a licensed, insured crew of ours returns to fix it. The maker covers the planks themselves.
