Water Resistant Laminate
Modern water resistant laminate can live with drippy mittens, an overturned water dish or a dropped juice cup, so long as a towel shows up before long. We always check the subfloor first.

Under every laminate job sits a foam pad, which softens each step and takes the clack out of walking around. Where there's concrete, we unroll poly sheeting before that.
Think of it as a showroom on wheels. Sample planks come off our van and into your house, where you can set them by the rug, the sofa and the cabinets in real daylight.
Once the job wraps, our crews guarantee their handiwork for twelve months, and separately the laminate maker warranties its planks. Each installer we send is insured.

Our laminate installation rate is $1.99/Sq Ft. Pulling whatever's down now usually adds about $1.00/Sq Ft more, a figure we lock in after seeing the room.
Water resistant laminate copes with everyday kitchen spills when you wipe them reasonably soon. Around a leaky dishwasher or a bathroom with a shower, vinyl plank is the safer choice and we'll say so.
Yes, over a dry slab with a moisture barrier underneath. We test the concrete first, and if it stays damp through the year, we steer you toward waterproof vinyl instead.
Cheap installs can. A quality foam pad over a level subfloor cuts that noise way down, and a thicker plank gives a more solid, wood like sound.
Most bedrooms and living rooms are wrapped up before dinner on day one. Bigger spaces or rooms with a lot of doorways and closets can stretch to two, and we'll tell you at the estimate.
We bring samples to compare against your existing floors and trim. On stairs, laminate needs special nosing, so we'll talk through whether wood treads make more sense.
No deposit games. Labor gets paid when our installers pull into the driveway, and if we supply the planks, those are paid on delivery.
We back our installation for one year, and the laminate brand warranties the planks themselves. Our installers are on our payroll, licensed and insured.
