Walkthrough Before We Start
At the walkthrough, an installer tours each room, checks the plywood for flex near heating ducts and notes each doorway where oak will butt against tile or carpet.

The people nailing your floor are our own NWFA certified staff, licensed and insured. No outside crew ever gets handed your Raynham job.
On install day, the crew re-measures, racks out planks across the room by length and mixes bundles, so color and end joints look natural rather than patchy.
We cover installation labor for one year. The plank maker's warranty sits on top of ours for the wood itself.

Plain rows running the length of the room, the go to layout for living rooms in a Raynham colonial.

Herringbone: short pieces staggered into a zigzag, lively in a front foyer or dining room.

Chevron: ends cut at matching angles that form neat points, guiding the eye down a long hall.

Diagonal rows angled across the room make a smaller bedroom feel bigger and mask uneven walls.

Parquet: little blocks in a checker grid, a throwback look for a den or breakfast nook.

Basket weave: paired strips that alternate direction in each square, a detailed look for a study.

We plan every transition, and if you want the old and new floors to look like one, we can sand and refinish both together at $2.50/Sq Ft.
Yes. Our team will lug the couch, beds and dressers out and bring them back for $250 flat. Some people prefer to clear the rooms themselves, which is fine too.
Two bedrooms or a good sized living room usually means one to two days of nailing. Unfinished oak then needs extra days for sanding and finish.
Installation labor is settled when the crew begins, and wood we supply is due on delivery. If sanding is included, you pay half as it starts and the balance when it wraps up.
Yes. Our labor guarantee lasts twelve months, and the maker's warranty covers the hardwood. The installers are Brazil Floors employees, NWFA certified, insured and licensed.
