Crews are our own staff, licensed, insured and certified by the NWFA. The installer on your floor was trained by Brazil Floors, not borrowed from another shop.
The morning of installation, cartons are counted against the order and thresholds are fitted at every opening. Then the first board is set to a straight line.
Our labor is warranted for a full year, and the oak has the maker warranty on top. Any early cupping or gap gets a call back from us.

Boards lie parallel to the longest wall, a simple layout that cuts waste and keeps the room restful.

Short boards turned square to each other zigzag across a floor, a fine fit for a period dining room.

Plank ends are mitered so the rows meet in sharp points that lead the eye down a long hall.

Cut at forty five degrees, rows stretch a narrow bedroom and cover a wall that is slightly crooked.

Parquet tiles rotated in turn build an orderly grid that suits a space under a table.

Basket weave strips flip direction square after square, a tidy touch for a den or study.

For nail-down work the labor rate is $2.25/Sq Ft, and nails plus underlayment ride in that figure. Add our material and it comes to $5.50/Sq Ft for unfinished oak or $6.00/Sq Ft for prefinished.

New oak treads run $60 each. If your steps are sound, we hand refinish them for $50 per step.
Labor is due when the crew arrives and material when it is delivered. A sanding job is paid half at the beginning and half at the last coat.
Our labor has one year of coverage, and the manufacturer warrants the wood. The people who install in West Bridgewater are covered by a license and insurance, and each completed NWFA certification.
