Nobody on your floor is a subcontractor. Every installer is on our payroll with a license, insurance and NWFA certification behind the name.
The first morning, the crew measures again, then stacks cartons, trim and reducers in the rooms that need them. That keeps the nailer working without detours.
Twelve months of warranty cover our labor, and the lumber maker's warranty covers the boards. Each half of the floor has its own protection.

Planks laid with the longest wall use the least wood and give a narrow hall some length.

Short boards zigzag at right angles, each cut and set by hand, for a dining room with old-house charm.

Boards mitered at 45 degrees meet in a clean V and give an open floor plan some rhythm.

Planks set on the diagonal send the eye across the room, so a compact kitchen looks wider.

Oak squares turned grain against grain produce a parquet floor for a sunroom.

Short pieces woven over and under, often with a dark border, are a classic in the older houses near the Toll House.

Labor is due as the crew arrives and material is due as the boxes are delivered. On sanding work you pay one half when we begin and the other once the last coat is down.
