Dustless Floor Refinishing
Every drum sander and edger we run feeds a vacuum. Plastic sheeting seals off hallways, vents get taped shut, and we clean between grits so grit never lands in wet finish.

Most Raynham living areas need three to five days from first pass to last layer. Our schedule tells you which evening bare feet are fine and which day the sofa can return.
Pet stains, loose strips and gouges are fixed first, so patched wood sands level with its neighbors. Expect a price for that only after we look.
NWFA trained, licensed and insured sanders employed by Brazil Floors do every job, and we stand behind it twelve months. Pay 50% at kickoff, the rest after the walkthrough.

Zero tint, just clear polyurethane, so pale oak holds its honey glow in a room facing the morning sun.

Soft golden brown that warms up a den and hides dusty paw prints from a dog coming in off the yard.

A steady medium brown that suits white window casings nicely and calms that orange tint decades give red oak.

A cozy reddish brown suited to a colonial near the Town Hall with stained wood doors and stair rails.

Rich coffee color with every grain line still showing, a quiet and handsome pick for a formal dining room.

Nearly black and striking in a wide open room with pale walls. It shows pet hair and dust sooner, which we point out before you decide.

Sanding plus finish runs $2.50/Sq Ft. A stain color adds $2.00/Sq Ft, and for $250 total we haul furniture to the garage and set it back in place afterward.
Quite often, especially in houses built from the 1950s to the 1970s. On estimate day we tug up a carpet edge inside a closet to see what is hiding there.
Very little. Our sanders connect to vacuums, plastic covers each doorway, and the room gets cleaned once more ahead of finishing, so the rest of your home stays tidy.
Give it a full day once the top layer has dried. Wait a few more days before sliding furniture back and about two weeks before laying area rugs down.
They get filled ahead of the final sanding pass. Once the clear layers cure, those little holes around the room are very hard to spot.
Yes. Each existing step costs $50 to sand and seal, and doing the stairs during the same visit keeps color and sheen consistent upstairs and down.
Half, or 50%, when our sanders start on the first day. The other 50% comes at the end, once you have walked the floors with us and are happy.
Not always. Many families live in other rooms, though some spend the night of the final layer with relatives because the smell is strongest then.
