Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders run with vacuums attached, so most of the dust goes into a bag, not onto your windowsills. Before finish goes down, we vacuum and tack the floor again.

A typical refinish takes a few days, sanding to final finish. Give it a day before walking on it, and a few more before rugs and heavy furniture go back.
Problems get fixed before sanding. We replace pet stained or split pieces and tighten loose spots so the refinished floor looks even across the room.
A twelve month guarantee backs our refinishing labor. One half of your bill gets paid as sanders start up; the remainder when final finish is down.

Clear finish over bare oak, no stain, keeps a sunny living room near Woods Pond light and natural.

Medium brown hides cereal crumbs and sneaker scuffs nicely, perfect for a busy North Middleboro kitchen.

A soft, neutral brown pulls the orange out of older red oak and works with any trim in Rock Village homes.

A reddish brown suits colonials with white trim around the Tom Thumb House neighborhood.

Deep brown, close to coffee, makes a dining room near the Nemasket River feel more formal while the grain still shows.

Nearly black gives an open great room drama. Dust shows on it faster than on mid tones, and our estimator mentions that up front.

Refinishing runs $2.50/Sq Ft. Adding stain color costs $2.00/Sq Ft more. Solid stair treads get sanded and finished again at $50 apiece, per step.
Rarely. Keep off rooms being worked on, and if bedrooms are included, a night with friends or relatives while finish dries makes life simpler.
Vacuums attached to our sanders grab most dust right where it's made. Before finishing, we vacuum again, so walls and furniture stay nearly clean.
Light ones sometimes sand away. Deep black spots mean urine soaked through, so we cut out those planks, set matching oak where they were and blend it before finishing.
Solid hardwood survives many sandings. Engineered flooring carries a thinner top veneer, so at the estimate we measure what's left before promising anything.
Light chairs can return after a couple days. Rugs and heavy dressers should wait longer while finish fully hardens, and we'll give you a date.
Half the total gets paid that first morning, as sanders fire up, and the balance after our final finish layer is down. Our in-home estimate costs nothing.
Brazil Floors' own crew, NWFA certified, licensed plus insured, handles each refinish, never a hired stranger, and refinishing labor stays warrantied twelve months.
