Walkthrough Before We Start
Day zero is a visit. Your installer stomps around a bit, checks how flat things are near the slider and maps which wall the first row will start from.

No subcontractors here: Brazil Floors employs every installer outright, each one NWFA certified, licensed and carrying full insurance coverage.
Before nailing begins, we tape each room again and tick off cartons, thresholds and quarter round against the order list, so nothing comes up short.
Twelve months of workmanship protection from us, layered with the warranty the wood's manufacturer already provides.

The familiar look, planks running end to end along the room's longest dimension with little waste.

Short pieces stacked in an offset zigzag, very handsome in a study.

Mitered tips meeting dead center, forming arrows down a long foyer.

Rows angled at forty five degrees draw the eye corner to corner and mask an out of square room.

Small wood squares turned against each other, lending a dining room a tailored, old world feel.

Pairs of slim strips alternating direction like woven cane, a sweet touch for a library nook.

Cleating solid oak into plywood is $2.25/Sq Ft in labor, felt included. Packages using our wood are installed too: unfinished at $5.50/Sq Ft, or prefinished North Reading favorites at $6.00/Sq Ft.
Not for us. Pulling up an existing floor typically runs around $1.00/Sq Ft, firmed up once we peek under a seam. Debris goes home in our truck.
Our movers inside the crew charge one flat $250 to clear the rooms and refill them. Pianos may need specialty movers, but sofas, beds and dressers are no trouble.
We hold stock in a Coventry warehouse, so most deliveries land the following day. Installation can start right after the cartons are inside.
Solid strips don't belong over concrete, so downstairs we float engineered wood on a pad. Expect $2.00/Sq Ft in labor, with nothing ever anchored into your slab.
Yes. We guarantee the lowest price, so a lower written quote for matching work gets beaten, and material comes at contractor pricing either way.
You pay for material when it's dropped off and for labor the morning installers arrive. There's no big check sitting with us weeks ahead.
We guarantee our labor twelve months, so we'd come back and correct it. The wood manufacturer's warranty runs alongside ours.
