Walkthrough Before We Start
Before any wood is cut, our lead installer walks through, taps the subfloor for soft spots, notes door heights and picks the board direction that suits each room.

Nobody is subcontracted. The installers in your house are Brazil Floors employees with a license, insurance and NWFA certification.
The crew shows up, measures again and stacks boxes in their rooms with trim already laid by the doorways, so nobody stops mid job to look for a piece.
We cover labor for one year, and the manufacturer covers the planks. That puts a warranty behind the installation and one behind the wood.

Boards run alongside the longest wall, which saves wood and makes a compact living room seem longer.

Short planks set in a zigzag give a hallway a finished, custom feel.

Planks mitered to meet in a sharp point look right across a kitchen that opens to the dining area.

Diagonal rows at 45 degrees pull the eye across the room and make a small bedroom look wider.

Oak blocks with the grain turned from one to the next, parquet style, suit a den in a North Wilmington ranch.

Slim strips woven over and under, often with a dark border, bring detail to a dining room in an older home near the Ipswich River.

Labor for nail down work is $2.25/Sq Ft with nails and underlayment in the price. Counting our material, the total is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.
Yes. Old flooring comes out at about $1.00/Sq Ft, then we fix soft subfloor and nail the hardwood to solid plywood.
Engineered hardwood floated on underlayment, glued at the joints so nothing is nailed into the concrete. That labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
We do. Labor is $2.00/Sq Ft for vinyl plank and $1.99/Sq Ft for laminate, and vinyl is the better call for a damp lower level.
Boxes ship out of the Natick warehouse and are delivered the next day.
Treads run $60 apiece, and that figure takes in the riser, nosing, stain and installation. Good existing steps can be refinished at $50 per step.
Labor is paid when the crew arrives. Material is paid when the boxes are delivered, and sanding is split 50% at the start and 50% at the last coat.
Our labor has a one year warranty and the wood has the maker's. The people on your floor are our own staff, with a license, insurance and an NWFA credential.
