Each installer on site carries a license, full insurance and NWFA certification, so nobody unlicensed works inside your house.
One last round of measuring opens the first day, plus a tally of boxes, trim and reducers, so work rolls from room to room without a break.
We stand by the labor for a full year, and the planks come with a manufacturer warranty as well, so the boards and the install are both backed.

Straight rows of oak run through the big living rooms of a ranch in Lafayette with an easy, clean look.

A herringbone pattern brings real village character to the sitting room in a historic house near Wickford Harbor.

A chevron layout points sharp V shapes across the room, a bold pick for a newer home near Davisville.

Oak planks turned at 45 degrees help a narrow bedroom look roomier, a neat fix for split levels near Hamilton.

Wood squares set checkerboard fashion bring a porch room close to Poplar Point a lively, coastal look.

Basket weave oak groups small planks at right angles, a cozy pick for a study in an older home near Slocum.

Our nail down labor is set at a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft, with underlayment and nails thrown in. Mixed with our wood, it is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
Of course. We keep doors shut while the crew works room by room, so dogs and cats can stay calm in another part of the house until we leave.
Yes. The engineered planks rest on foam padding, every joint glued, so no nail ever touches the concrete below. Labor runs $2.00/Sq Ft flat.
Often, yes. The crew matches the board width and species, then raw oak gets stained right there in the room so the new floor blends in with the old.
Next day. Your order ships from our warehouse in Coventry any day, Sunday to Sunday, so the job can begin soon after you settle on the wood.
Each new oak tread costs $60, and worn wood stairs can be refinished at $50 per step, then stained in a tone that suits the floors upstairs and the railing.
Pay labor the day the crew walks in, and pay for material the day the truck comes. A sanding job is split, 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
Our labor has one year of warranty, while the flooring holds its manufacturer warranty. Each installer on site is licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
