Walkthrough Before We Start
Farmhouses often hide old repairs, so first thing the lead installer looks over the subfloor, each doorway and every step in your Exeter home.
Farmhouses often hide old repairs, so first thing the lead installer looks over the subfloor, each doorway and every step in your Exeter home.
Out here, every installer we send is licensed, insured and NWFA certified, so your home and everyone in it are covered from the first board to the last.
Before we start, we measure every room one more time and tally each box, length of trim and reducer, so nothing is left short.
Every job gets a one year warranty on our labor, and the flooring carries the warranty from the maker, for double coverage.

Wide boards lie in straight rows through the room, the plain country look that fits a farmhouse along Route 102.

Short boards laid in a tight zigzag add a formal touch to the front room of an old farmhouse near Arcadia.

Angled board ends form a sharp V along the floor, a modern style for new houses near Yawgoo Valley.

Planks set at 45 degrees stretch a small room from corner to corner, so a cape by Arcadia feels wider.

Squares of oak turn their grain one after another, a bold floor for a dining room in a farmhouse in town.

Short strips in pairs turn at right angles to make a woven floor, a cozy choice for a den with a woodstove.

Labor to nail it down is a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft, and the underlayment and nails are included. Wood and labor run $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
Yes, every week. We cover every road in town, and our flat rate per Sq Ft stays the same whether you live by Yawgoo Valley or right on Route 102.
Engineered hardwood is the answer. The planks float over underlayment with glue along each seam, so the concrete never takes a nail, at $2.00/Sq Ft in labor.
Often, yes. Bring us a loose board and we track down the width and species, lace it into the old floor, then sand the room as one for an even color.
The next day. Wood leaves our warehouse in Coventry and reaches you any day, Sunday to Sunday, so a home out on Route 102 never waits a week for flooring.
New oak treads cost $60 each. If your steps are already wood and just look tired, we refinish them at $50 a step, stained to match the floor.
Labor is paid on the morning the crew starts, and material is paid once the truck is unloaded. Sanding is split 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
One year of warranty protects our labor, while the boards come with their manufacturer warranty. Each installer we send is licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
