Every installer on the crew holds a license, insurance and NWFA certification, so your home and family stay protected on every job.
Day one opens with a fresh measure of every room plus a check of cartons, thresholds and reducers, so the work goes without a hitch.
All labor carries a warranty for one year, and the oak keeps the manufacturer warranty too, so the whole floor has backing.

Wide oak planks run wall to wall give the cottages around Snug Harbor an airy, open look all summer long.

The herringbone pattern brings old town charm to a front room inside a house on Main Street in Wakefield.

The chevron floor points sharp V shapes toward the water, a bold look for a newer house by Green Hill.

Planks laid on a diagonal make a small beach house kitchen look wider, a neat trick near Perryville.

A checkerboard of oak squares lends the sunroom facing Worden Pond a bright and playful style in every season.

Small oak strips set into a basket pattern add a cozy touch to the den in a home by the Saugatucket River.

Our nail down work is a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft, including underlayment and nails. Adding our flooring brings the price to $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
We can. We plan around lease dates and summer gaps between tenants, so the oak goes down before the next renters move in for the fall term.
Engineered hardwood. The floor floats on padding and gets glue in every joint, so nothing gets nailed into the concrete. The labor runs $2.00/Sq Ft.
It does, with even humidity indoors. Engineered oak moves less than solid boards in muggy months, so it is often the smart choice for shore homes.
Next day. Flooring goes out from our warehouse in Coventry every day, Sunday to Sunday, and the run down Route 4 is easy, so work begins quickly.
Each new oak tread costs $60. Scuffed wood stairs get refinished for $50 per step, then given a stain that suits the hallway floors upstairs.
You pay labor as soon as work begins, and the material the moment the boxes reach your porch. Sanding is split, 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
It is. Labor has our one year warranty, and your flooring keeps its manufacturer warranty. Each installer we send is licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
