Walkthrough Before We Start
At the walkthrough our lead installer pokes around for soft subfloor spots, sees how one room flows into the next and suggests a direction for the planks.

Every one of our hardwood flooring installers holds NWFA certification, and the company carries a license plus insurance for every job we take on.
Day one opens with the tape again. Rooms get remeasured, cartons of wood are counted, and reducers and trim are laid out so nobody runs short by lunch.
If an install problem crops up during year one, our repair costs you nothing, and the wood maker's warranty sits on top.

Straight lay follows the longest wall plank after plank, clean and simple, with very little waste.

Herringbone stacks little planks into a zigzag, a lively touch for a front living room.

Chevron ends are trimmed on a miter, and the tips meet like arrows pointing down the hall.

Turned on a slant across the room, diagonal planks stretch a tight bedroom visually and hide a wall that wanders.

Parquet blocks turn a quarter at each square, forming a neat geometric pattern for a dining room or entry.

For basket weave, short strips sit side by side in pairs that flip direction, a crafted look for a quiet den.

Nail down labor is $2.25/Sq Ft. Nailing plus glue is $2.50/Sq Ft, and a floating engineered floor is $2.00/Sq Ft. With our material included, unfinished hardwood lands at $5.50/Sq Ft installed, while prefinished lands at $6.00/Sq Ft.
They should. Solid wood needs time to settle into the air of your house, so we deliver ahead of the start date and take moisture readings on the wood and on the plywood underneath before nailing.
Of course. Tear out tends to come to around $1.00/Sq Ft, and the exact figure gets locked in at your estimate once we lift a corner and see how the old floor went in.
We can. Shifting furniture costs a flat $250, and the guys slide beds, sofas and dressers aside, then set every piece back after the last plank is down.
Our Coventry warehouse sends material out next day, so after you settle on a plank there is very little waiting before your job lands on the calendar.
You pay for installation the morning our crew arrives to start, and the wood is settled up the day it gets dropped at the house. Nobody asks for a big deposit weeks ahead.
Yes. Should anything we installed loosen, gap or squeak before twelve months pass, the same crew drives back to sort it out free. The plank manufacturer also stands behind the wood with its own warranty.
We guarantee the lowest price. Hand us another written quote covering the identical scope and we will come in under it, with contractor pricing on material as well.
