The people in your house work for Brazil Floors, not for a subcontractor. They are licensed, insured and certified by the NWFA.
On day one the cartons are counted and set in the room where they will be used. Transitions and trim pieces are staged at each doorway, which lets the nailer keep a steady rhythm.
You get a full year of coverage on our labor. The boards carry the mill's own warranty on top, so workmanship and material are both protected.

Rows laid with the longest wall use the least wood and make a narrow room look longer, handy in a farmhouse hall.

Short boards zigzag at right angles, each cut and set by hand. A period look for a farmhouse dining room.

Rows are mitered at 45 degrees and meet in a clean V, which suits a rebuilt open-plan living space.

Planks set on the diagonal draw the eye across the room, so a small kitchen reads wider.

Oak blocks with alternating grain make a parquet floor, a traditional answer for a sunporch facing the hills.

Slim oak strips woven over and under, usually edged with a dark border, suit an older home near the river.

Nail down labor is $2.25/Sq Ft, with nails and underlayment covered. If the wood comes from us, the full price is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.

We do, at $2.00/Sq Ft of labor for vinyl plank and $1.99/Sq Ft for laminate. Vinyl is the better match for a mudroom or a cellar that gets wet.
The day after you order. Trucks leave our Natick warehouse and head west, so the boxes are on site without a long wait.
A new hardwood tread is $60, with riser, nosing, stain and labor included. Refinishing sound steps costs $50 per step.
Labor is due when the crew arrives, and material when the boxes are delivered. Sanding is split 50% at the start and 50% at the last coat.
Yes. We warrant labor for a year, and the manufacturer covers the wood. Our crew members are licensed and insured, and each one is NWFA certified.
