Dustless Floor Refinishing
Every drum sander and edger on our truck is hooked up to a hose and a vacuum, so the grit leaves with the machine. Sills and corners get one more pass before finishing.

Your project manager lays out which room happens on which day, keeps one spare day in case of muggy August air, and tells you when bare feet may cross the floor.
Gaps by the woodstove, split planks and pet spots get mended first, so the patch disappears once everything is sanded together. We price repairs after a look.
All sanding and finishing carries our guarantee for twelve months. You pay 50% when the sanders start up and 50% when the house smells of fresh finish and you are pleased.

Natural means no stain. Clear sealer over white oak keeps a light, fresh look that suits a farmhouse.

Mid brown hides tracked in hay, mud and dog hair, which helps in a house with a barn out back.

Neutral brown sits easily beside cream or gray trim and tames the orange glow you see in a lot of older red oak.

Red brown brings a cozy warmth that fits the white trim and wide sills of an old village colonial.

Dark walnut tones still let the grain show and give a formal dining room with a china hutch real presence.

Nearly black is striking in an open kitchen and living area, but dust shows on it sooner, something we mention before you choose it.

Plan on $2.50/Sq Ft. Sanding, a stain if you pick one and the clear finish all fall under that rate. A tiny back bedroom near the woodshed is priced by the foot, same as the big front room.
Very little. Each sander feeds a vacuum while it runs, and we vacuum once more before any finish goes down. Maybe a faint dusting turns up on top of the china hutch.
Most families do. We hang plastic across doorways so the sanding stays put, and you keep cooking, sleeping and living in the other rooms while the finish cures.
Old solid wood usually has plenty left in it. We check how thick the planks are above the tongue and look for old nails first, and engineered floors get a veneer check.
Light marks often sand away. If urine turned the wood black, those planks get replaced, and we price that once we see how far the stain spread.
If you like, yes. For $250 flat we carry everything out, wrap the fragile pieces in blankets and set it all back when the floor is ready.
It comes in two equal parts. One half gets paid while our crew unloads the sanders. The rest waits until the finish is done and you have had a good look at every room.
Give our office a call. If our labor gives you trouble during the first twelve months, we repair it free, sending the same NWFA certified, licensed, insured crew back out.
