Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Wet boots from a riverside walk, a spilled bowl of cereal and a dog fresh from the yard barely register on a vinyl plank surface.

Material leaves the Natick warehouse the day after you order it. Vinyl needs no settling time, which lets the crew start when the boxes land.
The estimator arrives with sample planks in LVP, laminate and wood, so you can judge each one on your own floor in the light of your own windows.
We stand behind our labor for one year, and the planks come with the maker warranty. The planks are paid for when they are delivered, and labor once the crew starts.

Installation labor runs $2.00/Sq Ft, underlayment in the price. If we supply the planks too, the project totals $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks themselves are waterproof, so after a spill you can dry them and keep going. Slabs get a moisture barrier before the first row.
Tear-out is about $1.00/Sq Ft, and the estimator confirms it while looking at your floor during the free visit.
Often yes, if the surface is flat and sound. The estimator checks it in person and tells you whether it needs leveling first.
A damp mop and a mild cleaner do the job. Leave the steam mop and the floor wax in the closet, since both cloud the finish.
Planks are delivered the day after your order from Natick. With no acclimation needed, the crew can often start on arrival.
Material is paid when the boxes are delivered and labor when the crew arrives. A flat $250 covers moving furniture if you want that help.
Our labor is covered for one year and the planks by their manufacturer. Everyone on site works for us directly, with a license, insurance and NWFA certification.
