Stain is chosen from samples on your own floor. Finish needs time to cure, so stay in socks at first and keep rugs and heavy furniture out until the crew says the coats have set.
A plank damaged by a leak or a chair leg can be cut out and replaced starting at $150, then blended with the rest of the sanded floor.
Labor is warranted for a year, and every crew member is licensed, insured and NWFA certified. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.

Golden tones with a hint of red warm up a farmhouse with period trim.

Dark walnut makes each grain line stand out and looks right beneath a dining table.

A near black stain looks sleek in a modern remodel, though pet hair and dust show quickly.
