Material is loaded at our Natick warehouse and delivered the following day. Vinyl needs no long acclimation, so the crew can set up soon after it arrives.
A tiny sample never shows the real color, so the estimator brings full planks and lays them on your own floor beside your own windows.
The labor carries a one year warranty from us, and each plank has the maker's warranty too. Vinyl is paid on delivery, labor when the crew shows up.

Installation runs $2.00/Sq Ft and the underlayment is already in it. Take the planks from our warehouse as well and the complete floor lands at $5.00/Sq Ft.

The planks reach you the day after you order. Vinyl does not need a long rest period, so your crew can schedule soon after.
Planks are paid for when they are delivered. Labor is paid when the crew arrives to start.
Our labor is warrantied for a year, with the plank maker covering the material. The people on site hold a license, insurance and NWFA certification.
