Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Spring floods along the Ipswich River, a dripping dehumidifier, a lab back from a swim at Middleton Pond: none of it makes LVP swell, so lower levels and kitchens hold up.

Cartons ride up I-95 from Coventry overnight. Solid oak must rest indoors for days first, but vinyl doesn't, so our installers open boxes right off the truck.
Our estimator carries in pieces of vinyl, laminate and oak, and you can drop them on the kitchen floor by the slider to see how each looks in afternoon light.
We stand behind the install for twelve months; on top of that, each plank carries its maker's coverage. Labor is paid when the van parks in your driveway, planks on delivery.

Labor runs $2.00/Sq Ft and that already counts the underlayment. When our Coventry warehouse supplies the planks, luxury vinyl is $5.00/Sq Ft, installed, and the trip up I-95 is free.
Most of the time. We spread plastic over the slab and float the planks on it, so dampness from the concrete stays below. A basement with standing water should get a sump or regrading first.
Few floors handle it better. A decent wear layer resists claws and hockey cleats, and juice or paw prints from the yard wipe off without soaking into anything.
Not anymore. Current planks have realistic grain and come in wide widths, and we set samples beside your existing oak so you can decide in your own rooms.
Two ordinary bedrooms usually get done between breakfast and supper. A full basement plus kitchen might need two or three, and because vinyl doesn't acclimate, we begin the moment cartons arrive.
Often it can. Tile or sheet vinyl that's flat and well stuck down is a fine base. Cushioned vinyl, carpet or anything lifting gets pulled up first, which costs about $1.00/Sq Ft.
Pay for labor once installers walk in the first morning, then for the planks once they're stacked in your garage or hallway. The estimate never costs a thing.
Say a seam lifts by the slider next spring: within twelve months of install, our crew drives back to Middleton and sets it right, and the company that makes the planks backs them too. Every one of our vinyl installers is NWFA certified.
