Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Boots caked with snow, trail mud and a dog that just swam the Westfield River are ordinary traffic in a Becket house, and a waterproof plank floor shrugs off every bit of it.

Place the order in the evening and the cartons roll out of Natick the following day. Because vinyl never needs to acclimate, the crew can open the first box and start laying rows the moment it is in the house.
The van carries full sample boxes, so you set LVP, laminate and wood on your own floor under your own windows before choosing.
The installation is guaranteed by us for a full year, and the plank manufacturer covers the product itself. You pay for the material at delivery and for the labor when the installers arrive.

In Becket the installation labor is $2.00/Sq Ft and the pad beneath the planks is built into that price. When the planks come from our Natick warehouse, material and labor together run $5.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. Vinyl plank tolerates the cold and the swings in humidity, and if snowmelt gets in, the planks can be lifted, dried and reset.
Removal is about $1.00/Sq Ft extra. The project manager inspects the existing floor at the free estimate and confirms the number.
Usually. Loose boards are screwed down, high spots sanded and low spots filled, then a rigid SPC plank bridges the rest.
A damp mop and a mild cleaner are all it needs. Skip steam mops and wax, which cloud the surface.
Cartons leave Natick one day after the order. Vinyl does not have to sit and adjust to the house, so the installers usually start the same day the boxes arrive.
Material is paid on delivery and labor once the installers start. Reserving a date takes no deposit.
We warranty our installation for one year, and the plank maker warranties the product. Every installer is a licensed, insured Brazil Floors employee with NWFA certification.
