The Challenge
The floor had a slope toward the back porch that is common in older houses on the hill.
Our Approach
We shimmed and leveled the slope so the planks would lock without gaps.
The Process
The laminate went in over a quiet underlayment with new trim around the room.

The tenant renewed the lease and said the new floor made the unit feel brand new.
