The Challenge

The plywood squeaked in the hallway and dipped a little near the bathroom door.

Our Approach

We screwed down every loose panel, sanded the dip flat and ran the oak the long way down the hall so the house feels bigger.

The Process

The strips were nailed over rosin paper, then we sanded the whole floor and finished it on site so every room matches.
