Town
Warwick
The Challenge
The slab had a slight slope toward the drain and a few cracks that had been patched over the years.
Our Approach
We ground down the high ridges, filled the cracks and laid an underlayment with a built in moisture barrier before the first row went down.
The Process
Planks were racked out so the colors mixed well, then clicked together from the far wall back toward the stairs.
Materials and Finish
Luxury vinyl plank with an attached pad, moisture barrier and vinyl quarter round.
The Result
The basement smells fresh, feels warmer underfoot and the kids can spill whatever they want down there.
