The Challenge
The parquet was glued to a concrete slab, and the old glue left ridges once it was removed.
Our Approach
We ground the slab smooth, laid an underlayment and ran planks through the kitchen and living room as one floor.
The Process
The planks were clicked in, trimmed with quarter round and finished with a clean threshold at the bathroom.
Materials and Finish
Rigid core vinyl, slab grinding and new quarter round.
The Result
The kitchen no longer has loose pieces, and spills clean up fast.
