Stain Color
Natural oak look
Finish
Matte wear layer
Town
Newark
The Challenge
The old floor was a mix of linoleum and carpet, and the kitchen ran slightly downhill.
Our Approach
We pulled both floors, leveled the kitchen and ran one plank layout through the whole apartment.
The Process
The planks were clicked in and finished with quarter round and new thresholds at the bathroom.
Materials and Finish
Rigid core vinyl, leveling compound and new thresholds.
The Result
The apartment looks modern and clean, and the tenant renewed for two more years.
