The Challenge
The oak had deep scratches near the front door and a dark stain in the dining room.
Our Approach
We sanded to bare wood and spent extra time on the dining room until the stain came out.
The Process
After sanding, the floors were sealed and finished with two layers of satin.
Materials and Finish
Oak sanded past the stain, clear sealer and a two layer satin finish.
The Result
The floors look bright and new, and the dining room stain is gone.
