The Challenge
The finish had failed in the kitchen and hall, and the wood had started to darken.
Our Approach
We sanded to fresh wood and paid extra attention to the darkened areas.
The Process
After sanding, the floors were sealed and finished in two layers of satin.
Materials and Finish
Freshly sanded oak, a penetrating sealer and a satin finish.
The Result
The floors look bright and warm again, from the kitchen to the front door.
