The Challenge
The water spread under the hallway floor and cupped a long stretch of strips.
Our Approach
We removed the damaged strips, dried the subfloor and wove in new oak at staggered lengths.
The Process
The hallway was sanded and finished so the repair matches the rest of the condo.
Materials and Finish
Oak strips cut to fit the hallway run, glue, nails and a satin finish.
The Result
The hallway is flat and even again, with no sign of the leak.
